Mr. Shastri has 25 plus years of experience in the mutual fund space. A qualified Chartered Accountant who holds a master's degree in Economic Management & Policy from University of Strathclyde, Glasgow.

He was part of the founding team at HDFC, Lotus, Peerless & Essel Mutual Fund. Mr. Shastri was a Professor of Practice at the National institute of Securities Market and a columnist with ETPrime, Money Control and Business Standard.

Mr. Vineet Nayyar
(Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Investor Relation Officer)

Mr. Nayyar has 17 plus years of experience in the mutual fund asset management space. He has been associated with NJ AMC since 2020.

Mr. Nayyar has a graduate degree from Lucknow university and is also a Chartered and Cost Accountant. He has managed operations and finance functions at various AMC's such as HDFC, Fidelity and BNP Paribas.

Mr. Viral Shah
(Fund Manager)

Mr. Shah has 20 plus years of experience in Rule- Based funds management with his analytical bent of mind, he has been the architect of various Rule-Based investment approaches like the MARS and PMS strategies at the NJ Group.

Mrs. Punam Upadhyay
(Chief Compliance Officer)

Mrs. Upadhyay has 13 plus years of experience in legal and secretarial functions. She is a qualified legal and compliance professional. She has been associated with the NJ AMC since 2020.

Mrs. Upadhyay has worked with the legal and compliance team at Edelweiss AMC, BNP Paribas AMC, Pramerica AMC and Kotak AMC.

Mr. Jasvinder Singh Arora
(Chief Risk Officer)

Mr. Arora has more than 16 years of work experience in the Mutual Fund industry. Academically, he holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics) from Mumbai University, a MBA in Financial Markets from ITM Business School and a FRM certification from the Global Association of Risk Professionals, USA.

In his previous work profile as Sr. VP at JM Financial Asset Management Ltd., Mr. Arora was heading the Risk Management function overseeing Business, Investment and Operational Risks. He has worked in various roles across the Product, Analytics and Risk Management spectrum.

Mr. Jagdish Trivedi
Head Sales (Internal Channel)

Mr. Trivedi has more than 25 years of experience in Sales in Financial Services. He has been associated with the NJ Group for the past 9 years. Academically, he holds a Bachelor in Commerce and a Master in Business Administration (Finance).

Prior to joining NJ Asset Management Private Limited, Mr. Trivedi has worked in the area of Sales in Financial Services with NJ India Invest Private limited, JM Financial Asset Management Private Limited and Taurus Asset Management Company Limited.

Mr. Vishal Ashar
(Fund Manager - Arbitrage and Equity Dealer)

Mr. Ashar holds a Master's in management degree and has more than 16+ years of experience in the fund management space. His knowledge and experience spans across equity trading, derivatives trading, investment management, portfolio / structured product services as well as back & mid office support.
Mr. Ashar has been part of the Fund Management Team at Indiabulls Asset Management, Motilal Oswal Securities and Sharekhan Securities.

Mr. Dhaval Patel

Mr. Patel holds a Master's degree in Computer Applications and has more than 16 years of experience in the financial services sector. He has been associated with the NJ Group since 2006. Mr. Patel's expertise is in research and analysis across Fixed Income and Mutual Fund products.
